All I can say is, I am very unhappy with this company. I have not received my product that I bought last month and now it’s saying it’s delayed another 12 days. I have reached out to the company by email and Julia responded to my email stating that they have long delays in shipping. I asked for a refund and for the product to turn around and go back to them and she never responded with the response. If I could give this company a negative response that I would. I will not be buying from them anymore, and I will let my friends know not to buy from this company.

Haven’t received the product .

Well for a company based in Dallas and I am in Houston, doesn't seem impossible to get that order down here. September 18th and the weeks following have shown NOTHING. I get no response from emails sent their support. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Predatory business practices with bait-n-switch photos of product on website. Horrible, run the other direction as quickly as possible!! If I could leave zero stars, I would!

After reading more reviews while awaiting my package it decided I was not going to use the product. As soon as I received the package I emailed customer support to request a refund for my unopened product and have yet a get a response. I’ve emailed twice. I’ve already contacted my credit card company to begin disputing the charge and will follow through as I assume I won’t hear back for you.

I am beinf asked to review a product I havent received. Complete the order process and let me try it or return my money. Thank You

I’d give 0 stars. I bought a bundle for dogs and for cats mid September. Never received anything. Total scam. I have to cancel my credit card now.

They put this on subscription automatically then didn’t tell me until the night before my next shipment. My cat will not eat anything with this on/in it. When I complained about the notice they said very nicely too bad, so sad. So I’m out $140 for a product that doesn’t work that I never wanted a subscription for in the first place. Completely untrustworthy company that doesn’t stand behind it’s product but rather takes advantage of how desperate we are to save our cats. Sickening late stage capitalism garbage they should be ashamed of.
