I chatted with a wonderful person that was really compassionate and concerned about my cat

Good experience.

I needed to reach out to customer service for some issues with my order and they were very responsive and helpful - 😸

Absolutely incredible! The customer service is 10/10 and the brand really cares about your pets. Will definitely be a return customer

I was skeptical of ordering taurine for Willow since I had already wasted money on another company's product that made no change in my aging dog. But I decided to give it a try. I ordered two products. The collagen did not arrive. The pkg had been cut open and re-taped. Happy Wags promptly replied when I notified them and showed proof of what I received. They immediately sent the missing product. Willow has only been on it a short time, but I am confident this company's products are going to help her. The ingredients are pure. I know I'm buying from a company that has great customer support. Thank you Happy Wags.

Solid customer service help. Product was shipped and receive in a timely manner.

Thank you very much!
