I didn’t get a confirmation email about the product I ordered but after contacting HappyWags I looked in my junk mail and found the confirmation. It was frustrating because I was charged and couldn’t understand why I had no confirmation information. I emailed to happy wags and they told me how to find the email and were very kind and understanding about the difficulty I encountered. The customer service is excellent and I will order from them again.

I purchased the collagen liquid for my dog. I am trusting it will help with his itching problems. I have been using Apoquel but would like a more natural alternative. I am looking forward to having his problem helped with the HappyWags alternative. I even got a discount on the first shipment.
