Questionable subscription enrollment
Ordered 1 to see if my cats like it. I have received notice that I unwittingly enrolled in a subscription plan. I did not. I sent 2 or 3 emails to cancel and not to send anything and I haven’t heard back anything except when my unwanted shipment will arrive. Not good. I will dispute the charge if I don’t hear anything shortly

Asking for a review and product not received after 12 days.
I ordered 12 days ago with priority shipping. I have not received product and the company is asking for a review of the product. I've tried to track the product and the way it is processing looks like its coming from a foreign country. If I receive the package and it looks like it shipped from out of country, I will be returning. Company us based in Texas. I am in massachusetts. Shouldn't take 12 days when it says shipped 12 days ago priority. Very sketchy.

My dog would not eat food with the powder on it they sent me 2 orders not monthly 2 weeks apart when I requested a refund they only offered a % of what I paid.

Do Not Use This Company, They cannot be trusted.
I am beyond disgusted with my experience with this company. The only reason I even considered purchasing from them is that I am an owner of beautiful cat who has sever kidney disease. When you have a sick animal you are always looking for ways to help them. I received my package it was not even in any kind of packaging it was an unsealed jar inside one of those thin, plastic white envelopes, there was no seal on the jar, no scoop inside the jar and no directions with it. The jar looked about half empty, and with no seal or scoop, seemed like it was opened and used. Of course, I was not going to use it. I wrote the company immediately, well within what their return policy states is needed. First they asked for photos, which I immediately sent. Since that time I have received six or more emails with reasons why I should not return. One offering me 30% back, then 40%. Why would I take anything less than a full refund for garbage that I would never use in this condition. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not stand by their own product or policies.
