Well, I have 3 cats, and not one of them will go anywhere near it! I’ve tried sprinkling it their treat foods, but they refuse to touch the food once the powder has been added. No complaints on customer service. They have been responsive so far.

Took forever to get my order. Finally got it and its so small of a jar.

I like the idea of the product, but the execution is done poorly. The powered bonito and taurine is causing my cats to inhale the product more than consume it. Also the amount of miscommunication and lack of sending the correct information feels like I’m talking to AI.

HappyWags backs their products and my experience is that Customer Service is prompt and professional in replies to inquiries.

I don't dis like it my girl has just started it a week ago, i have to give it time to work hopefully. I have just taken her to the vets to day to find out she has fluid on her lungs and her heart is not good, so im hoping this is going to help her so she dosn't have to stay on the tablets long term.

I ordered two jars for my cat. They arrived today. Shipping wasn't super fast or slow. Took maybe a weekish to arrive. After reading several reviews about the company, I'm skeptical about giving it to my cat. I chose the "One Time" purchase at check out so I'll definitely be keeping my eyes out for any unauthorized reoccurring charges. I'll probably show this product to a manager at a local pet store to get their honest opinion or maybe even a vet before feeding it to my baby girl.

I am still awaiting for someone to respond to my request to stop any autoship. I have (my cats) barely any time to try the first order out, then i got another one shipped to me. It seems like a good product but the jury is still out on the effectiveness of it but the jury is about to come to a decision on the customer service.
