Number one, my cat would not eat it. I wasn't surprised nor upset about this cats are picky. However when I went to cancel the subscription I was literally blackmailed into either keeping the subscription or they will deduct $15 for my credit card that they have because I am now a one-time purchase. They state that you may cancel subscriptions of at any time, and I would have kept a subscription if my cat would eat it but he wouldn't. This is a scam don't buy from them. I've warned you

I ordered this product on 9/18. It’s now 10/17. and I’ve still not received it. I have requested a cancellation and full refund of the purchase price but was asked to leave a review before that could happen. Seriously? Just refund my money and please cancel my subscription.

How can I give my opinion when I have not received the goods… can you please send me TRK INFO and proof of delivery? Now you got me worried…

Shady business practices. It took almost 1 month to receive what I thought was a one time order. They enrolled me in a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I just received notice that they billed me for another order. Canceling the subscription I did not want was difficult, if they actually cancelled it. I hope they actually refund me for the order that I did not place or want… shame on you Happy Wags.

Well I can't review the product because it still hasn't arrived weeks after ordering. I reached out to customer service but got no response. Their shipping policy stated that this product ships from U.S. warehouse, but tracking says it was on an international flight. I suspect this stuff comes from China. I dont think I'll give this crap to my cat, nor will I seek a refund as other reviews indicate that it would be a lost cause.

My review has nothing to do with this product. It has to do with the customer service inflexibility and refusal to answer my recurring question: TO WHAT ADDRESS DO I RETURN THIS PRODUCT? I have a total of 32 attempts to resolve my situation, to the point where I felt as if I were living in the Twilight Zone. I am still hopeful that the company will process my refund, though that’s a “wait and see” kind of thing at this point. Follow up: My refund has been denied. Be careful with this company. Their customer service is more than a little “questionable”. And their response is not valid. They will not interact with me now, so the idea that I should contact them is for show.

I bought HappyWags AIM Bonito after seeing an advert on Facebook promoting it as a powder you sprinkle onto your cat’s food to support kidney health and immunity. It was marketed as palatable, so I thought it was worth trying. Well, I have six cats, and not one of them will go anywhere near it! I’ve even tried sprinkling it onto their absolute favourite foods, but they refuse to touch the food once the powder has been added. I’m incredibly disappointed. If a product is marketed as palatable and designed to be sprinkled onto food, surely cats should actually be willing to eat it? What’s the point of a supplement if you can’t get your cats to consume it? I feel I’ve completely wasted my money, and I’m kicking myself for not checking the reviews before buying. I bought it because I genuinely wanted to support my cats’ health, but the product is completely unusable for us. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. I wish I’d never bought it.
