Had an issue with my order and it was quickly corrected by their customer support. Excellent customer service

My 5 star review is for the customer service. Unfortunately my dogs are very picky and wont eat their food with the product. So I contacted Happy Wags and got a response right away. They offered suggestions, which again did't work. So they then proceeded with taking care of the refund.

When I sent a message asking about the delivery time, they were very prompt with responding to my question!

I did not realize that I was signing up for a monthly subscription. On new products I want my cats to try the product out first. It appears my cats liked it but there were too many jars and then I am about to receive more. I emailed customer service and they were very helpful and professional. I will order from this company in the future. Thank you :)

We misunderstood the ordering process with discounts and automatic renewal. However, HappyWags understood and is working with us to remedy the situation.

I ordered the product and I was unaware that I was signing up for monthly subscription. When the product arrived, I decided not to use the product so I never opened the product yet I reached back out to the company to cancel the subscription. They were kind enough to explain the process and help me cancel the subscription. Thank you.
