The customer service I experienced was very helpful!

I feel the product is a good product. I had to cancel due to my dog didn’t like the taste but a very picky dog. The customer service was excellent in in processing my cancellation request.

I got this product for my cat & she seems to love it. I mix it with her wet food. It has a fishy smell, but what matters is that is will help with her longevity of life. She has stomach issues, but no issues with this product.

Though my cat turned up her nose at my attempt to help her age gracefully, the customer service at HappyWags is stellar!

I like everything about dealing with customer service and care.But the product was not a good fit for my over fed picky spoiled cats. If I would have started them as kittens and stuck to the brand I believe my cats would have been better off for it.

when adding the Wags wellness powder to my cat food I have to add just a dusting otherwise my cats can't keep their food down. Just a dusting works. Their customer service is very responsive and pleasant.

This is a very good product and the price is not bad for how much I received. The shipping does take a little time at first but not bad. Also it is a subscription package so make sure you check that if you only need a single order instead of reoccurring. Customer service was quick and helpful when I needed to cancel my subscription though!

Although it took a while for the product to arrive, my cat does seem to like it well enough. The images of the jar on the website make it look larger than it is in real life. My order confirmation page showed me receiving two jars, buys one get one free, which I was very happy about. But I only received one jar so far. I did reach out questioning this and I got a prompt response from Russet. I am hoping it will be resolved positively. My other issue is that it stated that it is made and shipped from USA, but the tracking info showed international shipping. A bit questionable. I’m hopeful that the product will benefit my cat.
