Terrible company. Was interested in trying this product but it turns out when you make a purchase on the website it is automatically converted to a subscription. I did not want a subscription without first trying the product, so I contacted the company asking for it to be cancelled. Instead of cancelling it upon my request they told me I have two options 1. Pay $18 or 2. Leave a review, so I’m doing both. What a terrible approach and they should be ashamed of themselves. I will never purchase from this company ever again and they’ve lost any and all potential trust. At this point I’m sure they’re currently in the process of shipping me a bottle of TRASH instead of something that will actually help my cat. I will throw it away immediately upon receiving as this has SCAM written all over it. They also don’t deserve to be on this website since they told me they would waive the $18 fee in exchange for a review. What a joke.

This company wants to charge me the $8 discount they gave me on a subscription. I wanted to cancel said subscription because my cats won’t eat the food with their product on it. What kind of customer service is that?

My cats wouldn't eat this, and I did a one time purchase and they put me on a subscription and continued charging me without even getting a text or email like before. The new email was in my junk. So I had no idea they charged until I saw pending in my bank account. Would never recommend!

There is no improving. The website say 60 days no questions asked. Fully refundable. It’s so not true. I have had texts offering me 50% & even 25%. Having to jump through hoops for a refund. This company has me so disgusted with there BS. Ask your veterinarian before making this purchase. Keep the money, a review is worth more. I can’t write an honest review of the product because I did not use it. They automatically sign you up for auto ship. Had no idea until I received an email & a charge. NO unacceptable.

I ordered this for my dog by the time it got here,two days before she passed.Shipping says express but it took almost 2 weeks to come in.Canceled my order and only got 30% of a refund,never opened the package ,when I ordered 2.Paid almost 60$ and only getting 30% back for a refund,SAD

Unfortunately I echo many of the other folks on here, suspecting that there's something very off about this company. It's been 17+ days since I ordered and my products haven't arrived yet. In the tracking information, it looks like it's coming from a foreign company even though they're based in TX. I reached out to Customer Service and they tell me the product is sitting in a facility across the country, waiting to be sorted and they "hope it arrives soon." Then they ask me to review it. Everything - website, customer service - seems like it's created entirely by AI bots and I was targeted to order on social media. I have cancelled my subscription with them and will be denying charges if the package doesn't arrive. It's unfortunate because I can't give feedback on the actual product, which I wanted to try.

I no longer trust the product enough to give it to my cat. Between the questionable labeling, hidden subscription, and refusal to honor their return policy, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
