I ordered a subscription of AIM for my cats. I wish I had seen the reviews on here first. It took 3 weeks to arrive and one week later I was emailed that the next order was shipping. I could not find any way to cancel or change that in any correspondence from them nor on their website. The reason I chose a subscription was the lower price and the (fraudulent) assurance that I could change or cancel any time. They do not provide a phone number where you can talk to someone and their replies are the same lying form letter over and over again. I am demanding a full refund on both of my unopened purchases. I will contest the charges on my card as I was unable to change anything about my recurring subscription even though I've been assured in the form letters that I can. At this point, I want nothing to do with this company even if they were selling the best products in the world. They have very fraudulent business practices. I will also be leaving a complaint on the BBB website. Good luck if you order from these people. They are untrustworthy.

We ordered this taurine product because it was supposed to be made in the US and was supposedly better than other products on the market. Turns out that it was shipped from China and was destroyed by the USPS due to counterfeit postage.

The product is not made in the US. It is made in China. The company is a scam.

I have contacted company because we have never received our product and want a comlete refund. I have not received an answer as of yet. I suspect this company is a scam.

Product stated it is "Made in USA" but ships from China. Update-after 17 days the product arrived. It had labels stuck over the original labels but could tell it was shipped from China to Los Angles, then relabeled and mailed via USPS. Jars are labeled "Made in USA". Against my better judgment I tried to feed it to my cats with their wet food several times and they would not touch it. I then gave them the wet food without the HappyWags and they ate it. Contacted HappyWags prior to opening the product for a return and they said no. Will now try to get them to honor their "60 Day Money-back Guarantee" but I doubt they will honor it. In my opinion this company is deliberatly hiding the fact that their product is coming from China and mislabel the jars to further this deceit. They refuse to allow me to return the unopened product and honor their stated "Money-back Guarantee". This was a $100 lesson for me, hope this helps others.

Shipments take a long time to get to your home because this company is shipping product from China and claiming it was made in the USA. China, the country that puts out more counterfeit products than anywhere in the world. There was no way I would put anything from this company in my Pets food because you have no clue what’s in it regardless of what their fake labels say. Once again, made in China, not going on my Pets food ever!
