I received jar and before I even opened it I got an email that another order was processing. I responded immediately, zero response. I was charged so I have removed my payment information to prevent future charges. Seriously, I have even tried the product. I am so annoyed. My 17 year old 5 pound cat will likely never use up the original jar let alone another one.

Still haven't received my order and now they tried taking another 40 quid from my bank. Be very careful with these people I did not set up a subscription for this product. They've just taken my details and tried to take my money. Lucky for me my bank are on the ball. Update they tried to take another payment after I contacted to tell them to cancel the subscription I did NOT agree to. Still waiting for the refund

this company is a scam. A lot of people never receive it and When you order they will sign you up for a subscription but never send you anything so you don’t know about it until they charge your card a month later and won’t refund for anything. Have to dispute with the bank.

First order was great. Second order -- ordered on 8/3/26. It's now 8/28/26 and order has not arrived. I get nothing but the run-around from customer service! Either refund me or send my order!!!

When I ordered the 2 bottles I wanted, they kept offering additional products which I declined. They charged me for 5 bottles. I sent 3 messages asking if this was a subscription which I certainly do NOT want and no one has responded. Worst customer support ever!! I haven't received the product yet, but it must be junk if this is how they treat their customers.

I put in my order August 4th. Nothing has changed on my tracking. It is August 25th. I have emailed to find out about my order. I am not hearing anything about it. I am upset for my dog. I really felt positive over this helping my dog. Very 😔
