HappyWagsReviews of happywags.co

Happy Wags has an amazing Customer Service staff. In the course of my conversations, I was in contact with 4 individuals: Jerome, Sassy, Denise and Julia. All were very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Questions were answered promptly and information given was clear and concise. Julia was the last person I was in contact with. So very helpful in her responses and follow up details she provided. Happy Wags Customer Service Team has achieved a 5 STAR Rating from me.

Very fast shipping!

I never have had a bad experience with Happy Wags. They were very thoughtful and considerate when I needed it. Very satisfied and highly recpmmend.

I have recently started ordering from HappyWags and am very happy with the ordering process and the speed with which I received the parcels. I was kept informed of their progress to England and they have all turned up in a good state. My dog is quite happy with having the Taurine on his food. The only small problem is finding the ‘spoon’ in the pot as it is the same colour as the Taurine!!!

Had a question about packaging. They were great responded immediately and answered my question. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Great product, appears to be all natural ingredients as well.

I ordered their Wags cat supplements for promoting healthy kidneys . I haven’t received it yet but I’m commenting on their customer support. I asked about how to change my subscription frequency and they were quick to respond. I changed the frequency to every three months. I’ll relate my experience later on how these supplements help my three cats. I was hopeful that this was a legitimate company and judging by their customer service I believe they are honest. Hope this review helps others.

I as very satisfied with the delivery timeline and the results. My cat has responded positively to the product and eats it with his wet food every morning since I received it. Great customer service too.
