Always a pleasure purchasing from Happy Tiles. It was my error when I made my recent order as I explained in the review. Was hoping for a credit to my account for future orders . I fully understand that is not their policy. I am more than happy to give Happy Tiles a 5 Star rating!!

I love, love my tiles! Our wedding portraits were printed and framed beautifully and were so easy to set up - I couldn't be happier :) Planning on ordering more soon!

I ordered for the first time on February 27th. This was a birthday gift for myself. Within an hour I was given a tracking number. I have checked the tracking number and every time I get the message "oops, we couldn't find your details" then advises me to contact customer support. I have emailed customer support 3 times with no response. Now at first I figured I got that message because I was checking too soon. But I ordered 8 days ago and I still get the same message. I looked on the website and it says standard orders ship in 3 to 4 days. So this was 8 days ago, they took the money out of my account the day I ordered, and nobody in customer service is responding to my emails. And when you send a message they say it will be responded to within 48 hours. I am starting to get pretty upset and if this is how things are handled I won't be ordering from this company again.

Can't say enough about HappyTiles. This is my 4th time ordering and every time I am so impressed with the service and the quality. This time I ordered the glass frames.....WOW! .....quality and clarity is spot on. I will be placing another order very soon.

Bought the “12 tiles” package and absolutely adore it! I accidentally broke one, but they helped me get it replaced ASAP. Phenomenal customer experience. Amy promptly resolved my issue, and I’m back in action! 🤗✨

I ordered tiles to arrive as a gift, paying for expedited shipping. They took five days from ordering to get the order to UPS, who promptly notifies me that the order would be delayed by four days. Happy tiles customer service is non-existent. Order elsewhere!

Tiles are nice and easy to put up the quality of photo was good my issue is that UPS placed box on my porch under the area that was dripping, one tile damaged. Reached out to happy tiles via email explaining that I wanted to discuss a replacement have heard crickets. I understand that UPS should have placed in plastic bag considering Maine weather but expected an email response at least. Probably will not order again will spend the extra money with another company

There is no need to fear that the quality of the work will be sub-par. When I opened the box, my breath was taken away! These are absolutely beautiful. I'll be ordering hundreds more.
