I had my wall professionally painted a couple months ago. I've used mix tiles with no problem on the same wall. I got happy tiles because they were slightly cheaper and looked like they would be the same. I gently pulled them off the wall and they took my paint with them. I was not pulling or tugging. I was using a very gentle approach. There are huge holes of paint in my wall and I am now having to cover them up with the tiles and they're not in a straight line anymore because it pulled up. Don't waste your money. One of the pictures is already not flat and is bubbling. Another two had the # on the bottom and you can see it because the frame doesn't cover. Update: I reached out to them and they offered to refund my money if I would consider removing the review. Updated: They did not offer to have my wall repainted or give me any help towards that. They did refund my money though. Several of the tiles are now bubbling.

I have ordered from other companies but decided to try Happytiles. I have been more than satisfied with the quality, delivery speed, and customer service. When I received my order, it was packaged securely. Unpackaging them was like Christmas. The colors were vibrant. However, I had three tiles whose color was darker than expected. I contacted Happytiles and got a quick response. They sent them for review and reported that it was possibly my phone's backlight that distorted the exposure quality. When I asked to have them reprinted, they stated, “Please email us the 3 lightened/brightened photos, and we will send them over to our production team for a reprint.” I will definitely use Happytiles again. Thank you!
