I’m really happy with the customer service from HappyRun. I recently had an issue with my e-bike, and their team was very helpful and took the time to help me figure everything out. They were responsive, respectful, and made sure my problem was taken care of. I really appreciate them standing behind their product and helping me when I needed it. Overall, I had a great experience with HappyRun and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an e-bike!

I got quick response from service. They sent me a new battery charger for no cost. The service people sent pictures to help problem solve our issue. They called to check in and help me out. We love the bike!

I recently bought a e bike that had a warped disk on the front wheel. It was a little disappointing, but I reached out to Happy Run to see how I could resolve the issue. Within 2 days they got back to me and sent me a replacement rotor. I am impressed by the responsiveness and I’m looking forward to replacing the rotor and enjoying the product! I think how I was able to get a response quickly was that I registered my bike on their website with my order number, emailed politely with a video of the issue, and responded back to their replies in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for e bikes, and even if the bike did not arrive in perfect condition, the customer service more than compensated.

Happyrun Sports makes the fastest most reliable E-Motos on the market, at a more than approachable price considering; I was surprised to find their customer support very responsive because when you launch a new product theres bound to be some hic ups but like I mentioned I found their support more than adecuate. I cant wait to upgrade my entry level e-mto once the F 18 I got runs through my heavy paces, perhaps. HappyRun s Here!!!
