Product shipped as advertised. All components were in the box. Assembly was easy although directions could have been better. Happyrun service responded quickly to my question. I love my G100 Pro it is fun. Have had 4 months so far so good no problems.

The G70 bike that I bought has made me able to get out of my apartment as a person with a disability. It has helped with my severe depression and anxiety so thank you. A great product in my opinion

This is my second Yellow G100. The price point is good as is the quality of the bike. I've looked around and came back to this bike. It'suits my need perfectly. I recommend it.

This e-bike is the best! I use it to go to work. I go in the dark but the light is bright. I get there quick and easy. No problems. Will probably get another one!

The bike is awesome! It is sturdy and runs great. My grandson absolutely loves it. For me the warranty and customer service made me delighted. We had a bad part and they quickly sent replacement part and reimbursed me for repairs, that is 5 star customer service!! We will buy another bike from Happyrun!
