We’ve worked hard to deliver true refrigerated performance matching the cooling power of your home fridge. We made a clear choice to prioritize performance over profits, using high-quality components to ensure food stays at a safe, FDA-recommended temperature. No other feeder on the market comes close to this level of refrigeration, which is why we always encourage pet parents to check the internal temperatures of any feeder that is intended to deliver fresh food. As for the meal chirp, thank you for the feedback! Fun fact...our original chirp was gentler, but some customers worried their pets wouldn’t hear it. We made adjustments to increase its intensity while also adding flexibility: you can now choose which meals have a sound alert. For example, you can enable the chirp during mid-day meals while you’re away and silence it during early mornings or late nights to avoid disruption. That said, many users eventually find the chirp isn’t needed at all. After a few weeks on a regular schedule, pets often show up right on time even without a sound cue. SoCool quickly becomes part of their routine. We’re grateful for your feedback and excited to keep improving. Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime—we love hearing from you!

Hi Katherine, I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I sincerely appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I take full responsibility for ensuring the quality of our products. Thank you for mentioning the water marks and fingerprints on the stainless steel. While our assembly staff wears gloves to prevent this during the packing process, it appears this was unfortunately missed in your case. I can’t explain the other issues you’ve mentioned, but it seems this is an isolated incident. Rest assured, we will be addressing all of these concerns with our manufacturing team, as this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Even one incident like this is one too many, Regarding the marker on the lid, could you kindly send a picture to [email protected]? Also, if you have them please share any other photos you might have that could be helpful during QA discussions with our manufacturing partner.
