Fantastic customer support from this company, and amazing, innovative products. I was an original backer for the SoCool feeder through the crowdfunding, and to this day it remains one of the best purchases I have ever made. It was an investment well worth every penny. I recently made an inquiry to their CS to ask about the condition of my steel bowl inserts as I was unsure if they were showing signs of an issue, and the support I received blew my mind. I was sent a full set of the bowls in replacement just in case, even though they determined my bowls looked fine from the photos I sent. Mind you, this is almost a full 2 years after I received my original product. This kind of CS is incredibly rare, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will forever praise this company and its fantastic feeder. The design and functions work perfectly for me and my cat. The 1 open and 5 enclosed feeding slots are enough for a long day away from home (early morning to late night return) when needed, and my cat has no problem hearing when the next feeding is ready. It has also thus far been very reliable; occasionally I open the lid to check the temperature of the foods, and it is refrigerating well within the promised temps, and has never missed an automated feeding. It has also withstood any attempts of my cat trying to force it open, which was always my issue with feeders before this one. Absolutely love love this product and cannot wait to see what else the company invents next for our fur babies.

I was one of the original backers of the SoCool product. I received two, and I have used them extensively with my senior cat Lucy. I love them! They have functioned flawlessly for me, and just as I had hoped. No tech hiccups that weren’t preemptively addressed by HappyLlamaTech. They are especially helpful when I travel to assist the pet sitter with timely delivery of wet food. I use one for 6 days of breakfast meals and the other one for 6 days of dinner meals. I feel like my Lucy actually ate more of her food while having a strictly-timed machine delivering her meals vs when I’d do it at varied times in the morning (as one would expect!). Most recently, I noticed that some of my stainless steel inserts had some potentially just cosmetic issues. I contacted HappyLlamaTech, who was previously aware of the issue from their manufacturer, and SUPER SPEEDILY responded and sent replacements with no issues or questions. They were so great to send replacements - great customer service!! I’m very happy with the SoCool and HappyLlamaTech and am very excited to see what other innovations they come out with in the future. I’m a fan and will be following!
