The cancelation process is a scam
The cancelation process is a scam. First of all, I wasn't even aware I had a subscription. Secondly, you can not cancel on their website. Instead, you are directed to an online bot, asked to fill out six questions and at the end the system still doesn't allow you to cancel. Now you are asked to call their CS number during working hours. Pretty bad.

Hi Rudiger! Since consistency is key with hair loss treatments, we are a subscription-based service. That being said, you can always adjust your subscription renewal dates/frequency. We do indicate on the homepage, checkout page, and account page of our website that Happy Head is a subscription service as well as stated in your email receipts. It’s important for new customers to try the treatment for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, like all other hair medications, Happy Head requires consistent use and may take up to 6 months to see any type of results. Please note that one bottle won’t yield the desired results. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible with our services. Since we offer a variety of products and subscription options for our customers, we would like to discuss all possible options and solutions to any issue you may have. Happy Head offers more customization options than most others, and working together with your assigned Happy Head dermatologist, we can always customize your prescription to something that may suit your needs better. We will honor any request to cancel a subscription, as we provide multiple channels through which you can contact us, but we would like further feedback so we can better our services moving forward for you and everyone else! Thank you again for your feedback.
