Great experience -- improved hair density since beginning program over a year ago. Noticed by my hair stylist and wonderful customer service from D"Arya regarding a change in my order. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with customer service agent Maria. My delivery was late and had no tracking. She looked into it, found the package, and got me tracking info.

Happy head products does NOT work!
Happy head products does not work for me! I’ve tried it and it did not give me any results. Their products are ridiculously expensive to maintain I might as well get a hair transplant. They don’t provide you a return label so you’ll end up keeping the product and automatically charged for it! Such a scam.

Have you thought about trying a stronger treatment or adding a topical and/or oral medication to your daily hair care routine? We offer hundreds of customization options, including our Topical Dutasteride or Advanced Formula, which combines Finasteride, Dutasteride, and Minoxidil with a blend of additional beneficial ingredients. While more expensive, our prescription medicine is stronger than what our competitors offer (e.g. 8% Minoxidil vs. 5%), and we offer a free consultation with a board-certified dermatologist and free ongoing support from our team of hair specialists. Many of our competitors simply have nurses or general practitioners available with no direct patient contact. We do offer many cheaper alternatives like generic oral prescriptions, or even a discount on bulk orders of your prescription! Customer Service people are dense
I have no idea how well this stuff works because it's been weeks since I ordered and still haven't received the product. First, they don't tell you the photo AND VIDEO requirements before you order. They tell you that AFTER they have partially shipped your order (and won't take it back even though it's unopened). And then, when you express concerns about security and what should be in the video.... they just keep answering that you must send a 5 second video. ... not what it needs to show and have burned up way too much of my time and I STILL don't have the product.

Hi L, We understand your frustration when it comes to having to upload both your ID and a video verifying your information. The video is required mainly due to the state you reside in, and laws requiring our doctors to further confirm that you are the one receiving the medication. All that is required is a short video stating your full name, date of birth, as well as your hairline/scalp for your doctor’s evaluation. We take your healthcare very seriously. Our doctors are required to verify your identity in order to issue a medically responsible diagnosis. We understand that there are security concerns, and Happy Head uses industry-standard security to keep all of your private information secure.
