Hi Alicia! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent cancellation request. We truly appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of addressing your concerns promptly. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible with our services. Since we offer a variety of products and subscription options for our customers, we would like to discuss all possible options and solutions to any issue you may have. Happy Head offers more customization options than most others, and working together with your assigned Happy Head dermatologist, we can always customize your prescription to something that may suit your needs better and offer you a complimentary bottle to try the new prescription. Since we cover all the shipping for orders, we do ask for the prescription to be sent back, the cheapest way is more than okay, so that we can properly dispose of the medication.   We will honor any request to cancel a subscription, as we provide multiple channels through which you can contact us, but we would like further feedback so we can better our services moving forward for you and everyone else!
