Hi T, We are sorry to hear that your solution has crystallized/become cloudy and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Please note that changes in color and/or consistency may occur depending on the temperature during shipping as it moves from the pharmacy to USPS facilities/trucks and back into a warmer home. The cold weather and fluctuations may cause your solution to turn cloudy and/or crystallize. Rest assured, the efficacy of the prescription medicine is exactly the same, however, we understand that the product is more difficult to use and for this reason, we’re more than happy to replace any of your bottles, free of charge, if you received any product in this condition.  Moving forward, it's important to note that this issue might occur during the winter as many states are dealing with unexpectedly colder temperatures this year but again always happy to replace any bottles that are affected!
