Happy Head has worked great for me
Happy Head has worked great for me. I was about to give up on hair growth. I have seen excellent results. I have been using Happy Head for 10 months. I am 61 years old and have tried several products and most made my scalp dry and itchy but I have had none of that with Happy Head. I do wish it would be a little less expensive.

Had an issue with the account
Had an issue with the account, but Customer Service was very supportive and empathetic of the situation so they remedied everything and it should be smooth sailing from here on. I wish all vendors held themselves to such high standards.

I was very skeptical
I was very skeptical, but after about 3 months my barber said “Wow!! Your hair is filling in”. At 6 months my crown area is completely full of healthy hair and I couldn’t be happier. It absolutely worked for me.

Heavy, oily & messy. Can't use this stuff in public.
Been using the "Kitchen Sink" topical solution for over a year now (exactly 14 mos) & literally no change. The product is heavy, oily & messy. There really is no way you can use this product & go out in public afterwards. Foam is always a better option but guess we'll never get that.

Hi Kasper! Our doctors have found that using a liquid is more effective rather than a foam/spray, as those can often get stuck in the hair and not reach the hair follicles themselves. As for the way in which the topical leaves your hair, you are welcome to wash it out after two hours as that will give it enough time to soak into the follicles. Otherwise, you are also welcome to use the topical once per day as well! We are happy to connect you to your Happy Head dermatologist to discuss alternative options as well. Great Product, Price, and Customer Service
I’m probably one of the few who have dealt with HH’s customer service more than once. However, I had a good experience each time. It was a shame to see less-than-perfect ratings, but it makes sense that the typical negative review bias hits even harder when patients – especially ones who are successfully treated – want to keep quiet about using a product like this. Objectively, though, the product is an excellent blend, competitively priced, and supported by attentive and responsive staff. They deserve more positive reviews from other happy customers. One feature suggestion I will make again is to send out a reminder email a week before ordering and shipping out the next bottle. I use HH as prophylaxis so sometimes don’t even get halfway through a bottle before the next one if I forget to manually postpone it.
