Skeptical at first but thought I’d give…
Skeptical at first but thought I’d give them a try. I’m not bald but getting thinner on top and wanted to stop it from getting worse. Getting on the program was easy and I have to say has worked very well. My hair is significantly thicker and I am not having the hair fall like before. Their customer service is excellent and you can talk to them by text pretty easily instead of having to send an email and wait for a response. I’m very satisfied

Great Service at Happy Head
I have been using Happy Head products now for almost a year, and have been very satisfied with them to date. I am writing this note to comment on the excellent service I just received from them, and in particular, from Mildred. I stupidly dropped my most recent bottle of custom formula on the tile floor in my bathroom, and it of course broke. I wrote a message to them about the problem this past weekend, and they replied to me within hours, and let me know they would process my request for replacement immediately. Well, you can't get better service than that -- five stars.

Product works need to be consistent
Overall thernighe product is good. I have been using for over 6months and can honestly say my hair has come back thicker, and with much less scalp showing . You have to be consistent and honestly they recommend twice a day and I usually only use it overnight and still see solid results. Hoping it continues but I feel it has plateaued. Hope to keep my gains.

Not a fan
I have been using this solution for more than 6 months and I don’t feel any progress. When I apply it my hair gets brittle and beaks off. I am gonna go to another route. Not a fan . I use it in the morning and then at night. I just got an email this morning about them sending me another one but it’s useless unless they change the medication. Please advise

I restarting using happy head product at…
I started using happy head product at the end of 2019 and stopped in the beginning if 2022. I had used it for over a year and stopped. I thought I was getting some results, I could see new hair on my scalp, but they were not growing, always looked about 1/8"long. I stopped the treatment. After thinking about some more, I decided to restart it, but this time with a stronger dose. Let's see what happens now. So far, I am hoping that a happy head can produce a positive result. The service staff has been fantastic, very courteous, and helpful

I’ve been using the product for a…
I’ve been using the product for a couple of years and am very happy. It’s doing what it says it does. I’ve been losing my hair for a long time. But it’s filling in. It’s stronger. I’m not shedding. The dropper is nice because the product goes right on my scalp and my hair looks like I’ve used styling product. I have paused and took control over delivery. The customer service has always been excellent. Never pushy, always courteous and helpful. Great product! Great company!
