After using happy head for 3 months, I went from total WHITE hair, to about 20% black hair, and some improvement in RE-growing my hair. It's not magic, but it's a GOOD start. I will stick with the program for at least another 6 months to see where it goes. But, for the time being, I'm a very happy customer!!

I am a first time hair growth encouragement customer. My experience communicating with and ordering from Happy Head has be stellar. Recently, I made a mistake with my subscription payment and called Windel at Happy Head - he immediately helped me with the correction so that my next order is on the way without interruption in continuing supplements. Because I am just now completing my first month of treatment, I don't have results to report yet BUT I will be taking photos at the beginning of each month to measure results and hope that after 90 days I start to see the effects of the treatment. Until then, I am happy with the service and look forward to a productive report on results later.

I went in with an open mind, but in the end, Happy Head seems more of a just-figuring-it-out marketing company and not a refined pharmacy and shipping company that gets your product to you on a timely basis. At least 3 times during my 9 month experience, I had to follow up on shipments as my topical formula was running out (was there really a months worth in one bottle?) and heard the same thing "it doesn't look like your order was sent to the pharmacy", even though I was charged for it (though their phone reps are friendly, I also had to follow up on refunds for orders that didn't make it). The 3rd time it happened, was when I asked for the aloe to be removed from my formula (there is no way NOT to get this stuff in your hair and the aloe makes it sticky and greasy looking if you have any length to your hair), it resulted in a delayed shipment of at least 5-6 weeks where I feel that any visible progress from the first 5 months had receded by the time the shipment arrived. I felt like I was starting over just as progress was starting to be made. I decided to go my Dermatologist and he gave me a dual prescription that ended up going to the same pharmacy that HH uses, but at a fraction of the monthly cost. I will not be continuing with Happy Head.

Total bait and switch. They advertise like it’s this new breakthrough in hair loss prevention technology but in all reality it’s just Bosely or hair club for men rebranded online. They only prescribe the generic finasteride that ruins your manhood and minoxidil which basically just stops working after a while. There is nothing new and different about this BS website. They tell you that you get a licensed dermatologist with it like that’s a good deal. You all should know that a consult with a dermatologist is FREEE so don’t listen to their BS about having to pay out for one. And all these people saying they have good customer service… because they’re all complete morons who have 0 clue about hair loss.

This company has the products that will work. I have tried it myself and I started seeing results in just 2 weeks. I am likening the product and they have good quality. Check them out and see the solutions that you have been looking for. I havé also tried different products from other companies but they never worked.

Just started using happy head so I can’t report on the results but I am really happy with customer service. I changed the formula to a water base because I found the product to be too oily. They responded within a couple of hours and are sending me a complimentary bottle! Service like that is almost unheard of these days! If the product works as well as the service, I’ll be a customer for life.
