Kyle was the nicest guy I’ve ever…
Kyle was the nicest guy I’ve ever spoken to at Happy Head. He was funny - yet professional. Actually listened and addressed accordingly. I was about to give up ….Kyle saves another customer. If the product only worked as well as Kyle - I would have dreads - yeah man !!

Great Products and Great Company

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. I am leaving the country and they do not ship abroad. I asked for a copy of my prescription and kept getting the run around. No one is able to provide me a copy of it, even though they claim the prescriptions are made by real doctors. My prescription is for a generic drug that is prescribed everywhere but they claim it is proprietary.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us and we just want to clarify that at this time, we are only able to service the US and not able to send prescriptions to doctors/pharmacies outside the US. Approval of ingredients may vary by country, so it is necessary for a doctor from that specific country to sign off and approve the prescription since our doctors are only licensed in the US, and specific states. While we are able to send prescriptions to other pharmacies in the US, the medication itself may be different since most of the combinations of ingredients are proprietary to Happy Head specifically. Great Customer Service from Maria
I was curious about the customization options. Despite the fact that I decided to keep my subscription at the standard 0.3% finasteride concentration, Maria was very helpful in educating me about the lower concentrations that are offered. She was very patient with me, despite the fact I was initially frustrated. In my opinion this is a hallmark of excellent customer service. Now I'm informed enough so that if I want to make any changes to my formulation in the future, I'll be able to do so quickly. Thanks Maria!

Quick resolve by Raian of HappyHead
Raian in customer service was quick to find out that billing dept made a mistake and changed my monthly subscription to every six months. Since I was running out of product before this was sorted this out, Raian was helpful in getting the order shipped quickly and giving a credit back for following months shipment for the inconvenience.
