First off, we’re really sorry to hear that our product didn’t meet your expectations. We totally understand your frustration, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention in such a colorful way! After checking in with our customer service team, it looks like there was a bit of miscommunication when you asked about the warranty. They were more focused on resolving the usage issues rather than clarifying the warranty details. Unfortunately, it seems that by the time you reached out, the playpen had surpassed its warranty period. Our intention was to send you the replacement parts at no extra cost, but we also wanted to encourage positive feedback as a gesture of goodwill for other customers. We definitely don’t want you to feel like you’re being "bribed" for a review—that's just not our style! But if you do feel that your service experience improved, we’d love for you to share that with others. If this hasn’t resolved your issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out again! We’re committed to making this right for you. And if you could kindly update your review and send us a screenshot before we proceed with the resolution plan, we’d be incredibly grateful! Thanks for your understanding, and we hope to turn that frown upside down!
