It looks really clean and isn't showing a bunch of hardware. It was a little confusing setting up at first but if you look it up on YouTube there is a tutorial on how to assemble it properly. My daughter loves the door feature.

The playpen looks beautiful in our home, and the Happy Gira customer service team has been very responsive and helpful. They’ve been flexible and willing to work with us to explore additional sizing options to better fit our space. I would recommend carefully reviewing the return policy before purchasing, as it is quite restrictive. I overlooked some of the details, which was my mistake. Overall, I appreciate the team’s willingness to help us find a solution!

The toddler tower is very sturdy and allows my son to get in and out of comfortably. The black looks really clean and matches my kitchen!

I purchased a wooden playpen from happy gira for my daughter. It has been great to have an aesthetic and safe playpen for her. We’ve had it about a year and it’s held up great. I intended on using it as a gate as well but it’s a little annoying to take apart so I’ve left it assembled as a playpen. The initial assembly took longer than I would like but the quality was great. Would recommend!

The wooden playpen has been a great addition to our home and gives a safe space for our little one to play. I give 4 stars because it took quite awhile to configure it in a way that makes sense as there are NO instructions for what order to put the pieces. Because I ordered a rectangular shape, I had to redo the configuration multiple times so that when it folds up, the pieces are somewhat level. Otherwise, it became very long, awkward, and hard to put away. It was trial and error to get this right, but otherwise now works great for our family.

I purchased the 2XL Instant Setup Portable playpen for our granddaughter. The product picture shows a carrying case, part of the “portability” feature, however it was not included when we opened the box with the playpen. I contacted customer service, and they did respond quickly – asked me to leave product reviews, send screenshots and then they would send the case. Disappointing after already waiting a month for the playpen to be delivered. Even though that response was a bit off-putting, I am always happy to leave a review. As someone who reads them diligently in my product research, I always appreciate helpful and thorough reviews. The playpen is very nice quality; it is certainly easy to put up and take down. The fabric-covered support frame edges are durable, while still being soft – a nice safety feature. The see-through mesh and zippered access door make it easy to see in and out. The 60x70 inch size was large enough for 3 adults to sit in while our granddaughter played on her activity mat. I purchased the optional pull ring set, and she loves those as well – they are also sturdy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, I would highly recommend this playpen. I just hope the company gets clear on whether they include the travel case, and if not, provide an option to purchase. (It’s not even listed as an optional accessory.)

We love the timber wooden playpen we ordered and it gives us such peace of mind to have a safe place for our daughter to play! And we aren't anxious if she chews it either!!

Regarding our purchase of the natural timber playpen Pros: The wood and gate on the playpen were good quality, it aesthetically looks a lot nicer than other mesh playpens, and the support team was overall helpful and quick to respond when reaching out about an issue with the product. Cons: It took a very long time for it to ship (that is noted when purchasing however) and the top joints of the playpen are not great quality and therefore the playpen hasn't been as easy to adjust or breakdown as is shown on the website. The website has a video that advertises a different type of top joint which locks/unlocks with the click of a button (easy to do with one hand). The actual joints require you to push down and use a coin to shift from a lock/unlock position. It is made from plastic and using the coin causes wear which makes it harder to turn over time. We've only had the product for less than two months and have had two joints break (the locking mechanism completely snapped apart on the inside) and have had several others to lock/unlock and we're now nervous to adjust any others given multiple have broken and we can't buy replacement parts. The support team did ship us two new top joints after the first two broke but I don't imagine they'll just continue to send us more if they break. Overall: Would recommend the product if you don't plan on adjusting it much but if you're buying it for that purpose I wouldn't recommend it.
