DO NOT BUY – POOR QUALITY CONTROL AND MATS THAT DON'T FIT TOGETHER! We purchased these interlocking floor mats to decorate our nursery and lounge room, hoping to provide our baby with a softer, safer surface to play on. We ordered five different colours with the intention of creating a three-colour pattern in each room, exactly as shown in the product photos on the company's website. After receiving our order, which arrived in multiple deliveries spread over several weeks, we excitedly began arranging the mats into our chosen designs. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that the mats had been cut to different sizes and simply would not fit together properly. Understandably disappointed, we contacted the company to request a full refund and offered to return the faulty products. What followed was weeks of frustrating back-and-forth communication, during which we repeatedly requested a full refund. Eventually, rather than continue the exhausting process, I reluctantly accepted a 50% refund. Despite this disappointing outcome, we decided to make the best of the situation and attempted to arrange the mats into alternative patterns using different colour combinations to accommodate the inconsistent sizing. However, this is when we discovered even more quality issues. Both the grey and white mats had noticeable variations in colour, making them look mismatched even when placed alongside mats of the same advertised colour. To make matters worse, the white mats had also been cut to two different sizes and would not fit properly with ANY of the other mats. We contacted the company again to explain these additional defects, which we had only discovered after accepting the partial refund. Unfortunately, they were completely unhelpful and dismissed our concerns, stating that the matter had already been settled. The most frustrating part is that these are INTERLOCKING floor mats. Their entire purpose is to fit together, yet this company apparently cannot maintain the basic quality control required to manufacture them to a consistent size. We paid for a product advertised as being suitable for creating attractive, coordinated floor patterns, but what we received was a collection of inconsistently sized and coloured mats that could not be assembled as intended. Extremely disappointing product quality and equally disappointing customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding these mats if you expect them to fit together or resemble the coordinated designs advertised on the website.

We wanted to love our HappyGira swing, but it began disintegrating within weeks of installing it on our deck. The material around the zipper shredded to threads that got stuck in the zipper and the canvas started turning to powder that rubbed off on our hands and got into the air in the tent.

I ordered a HappyGira adult accessible playpen for my granddaughter's children. When it arrived there were no directions or parts list inside. Her first attempt to assemble it was confusing and it seemed like parts were missing. She had a capable friend come to help her and after assembling it found a broken zipper, and there were sides that did not meet up, and one piece was made backwards. After 2-3 weeks of going back and forth with HappyGira, who wanted us to disassemble it and reassemble it with video, were unwilling to help remedy the complaints. The product is made of cheap materials. I would never recommend anyone buy products from this company. Any good reviews they have are certainly not genuine.

Absolutely terrible product. Upon asking to return they are asking for unboxing video! It’s already unboxed assembled, taken apart and put back together. Buyers beware!

Ordering from this company was such a mistake and has been a 7 week nightmare. I didn’t receive my order for 4 weeks and once it arrived the box was totally damaged and missing pieces that made the bed rail unusable. At that point I had to go buy something locally. Instead of helping me process a return, like I asked, they shipped me replacement pieces. I explained this was an extreme waste of resources as I couldn’t wait any longer for a solution. They proceeded to send me replacements instead of helping with a return. It has now been 3 weeks and I still have not received the replacement pieces. They are ignoring my emails asking for help returning the item. As a new mom this has been such a headache that I could have done without. It has also taken a quarter of my child’s life. Once I finally do receive it, if I ever do, my child’s will have most likely outgrown it. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place

The worst shipping and status tracking experience I have ever seen in all my years of buying products. Avoid. Useless customer support

DO NOT BUY THIS. We purchased the Kick-Hoop playpen and have been extremely disappointed. Several of the thin metal poles arrived dented, it rusts easily, and it’s flimsy and difficult to assemble. The soccer net is practically useless and constantly gets tangled in our Roomba. Customer service has been even worse. There is no phone number, so you can’t speak to an actual human. After months of trying to send photos and get replacement poles, we were ultimately told it was “past warranty”—despite only using it for a couple of months. For the price, the quality is unacceptable. Save your money and go to Target. Buy the baby delight travel playard. It's better Woodley.

I purchased one of the playpens from this company mainly because of the reviews. I also purchased a mat to go with the playpen. Products arrived within 3 days and I was pleased with the quick shipment. However the package did not include installation instructions. You have to go to the website to look up the instructions. It was very cumbersome to install and too large. It was also very flimsy and not sturdy as you see on the website. I contacted the company the same day I received the product for an address to return the product to. They requested videos which I sent to them. They refused to accept the product back and rather credited my account with $5, which I think is very insulting. I was within the 30 day period for returns. We have been going back and forth for the last 3 months and they still never provided an address to return their product. They claim returns are only for defective items even though the wording in their return policy is erroneous. How do you purchase a big ticket item that you are not able to examine first online and not be able to return it in this day and age? And the customer service is extremely poor. Beware of this company and their products. The playpens are not sturdy and installation and disassembly is inconvenient. I will have to dispose of the product somehow.
