Product is crap never connect s or works properly and firmware jkdates. I'm throwing it out its rubbish

So far not very good. I got this yesterday and was so very excited for it to do what it says it will do. Maybe I got a bad one?? Who knows? Can't seem to reach customer support - called the number and they're unable to take my call right now. Says office is open from 9a to 5p EST and I called at 12p on a Wednesday, office is closed. When I email it takes 4-5 days for them to get back to me. Mine is CONSTANTLY disconnecting and not doing what it is supposed to do. First of all - just stay powered and connected. So far not able to do that.

Even if no other routines were helpful, I would buy Hapbee for Deep Sleep, Power Nap, Wake-Up, and Strain Relief. They are my go to routines as they seem to work almost immediately and with great result for me. I do use the other routines and they work in different ways. I am very appreciative of Hapbee!

My Hapbee sleep pad makes my sleep great, And the headset winds me down & gets me ready to sleep. It works!

Both Hapbee devices work as advertised. My wife and I love them.

I enjoy using my hapbee. I wish I could get the sleep one but it makes no sense to have both since I only use it for sleeping and when I first bought one you had not come out with the sleep one yet.

The sleep pad helps me go to sleep & go back to sleep after I wake up in the night. It also increases my deep sleep
