No instructions came with the Mat. No light comes on when it is charging so I have no idea if it is actually charging. Had a real hard time linking it with my iPhone. I have no idea if it is even on. Maybe I got a dud.

It takes too long to connect every night

The monthly fee is too much and the app frequently doesn't work, always right before bed. They don't credit back monthly fee even when app doesn't work for weeks

So far not very good. I got this yesterday and was so very excited for it to do what it says it will do. Maybe I got a bad one?? Who knows? Can't seem to reach customer support - called the number and they're unable to take my call right now. Says office is open from 9a to 5p EST and I called at 12p on a Wednesday, office is closed. When I email it takes 4-5 days for them to get back to me. Mine is CONSTANTLY disconnecting and not doing what it is supposed to do. First of all - just stay powered and connected. So far not able to do that.

It stopped working for no reason.

I have had the original device for 1yr ( the one you wear on your head/around your neck). I was really excited to use it.I used it a solid 8wks and saw little to no effect.i wanted it to work sooo badly! I have tried it on/off over the year. If there is any slight effect I would say its the placebo effect. Bummed, especially given how expensive it is.

Right now I am frustrated...at night when I am ready to go to bed and I want to put the DEEP SLEEP on , the device wants to be near my phone for thatQR code...and it is never able to read it so when I have to do it manually, I become alert and so tha affects my sleep.....The reason I bought the Hapbee is for my insomnia....so far it's not helping and so i have only used it a few times and now it's just lying there unused.... Am really disappointed after reading so much about your company and all the good things you do..... I really hoped and prayed that this would help my insomnia but so far it's just been frustrating.......

It's a really cool concept. But I could not feel a difference whatsoever. Also, I feel like it is too big and awkward to have around your neck. Especially when you are sleeping. I think it would be a lot better if it was designed more descreet and compact, and fit more comfortably. I can see the potential, but I just could not feel a difference at all. I definitely would not pay that much money for that. At all. Not worth it to me.
