I am not sure what this product does. It seems like a placebo effect and there’s no proof it does anything. But let’s just say it does. The fact that they scam you into buying something for $300 and then $20 a month for a subscription without warning you is unbelievable.

We have both the neckband and sleep mat. Both seem to work. However, customer support is non-existent. I have sent five emails over three weeks.regarding a damaged neckband and still have not received a response.
