The Hapbee unit appears to work pretty well. I can’t say my deep sleep and REM have increased that much. I’m a bit frustrated with the fact that the power light stays on the whole time. It is rather counterintuitive when you’re trying to sleep. Overall I’m satisfied.

I ordered the bundle and only got the wearable. The sleep pad did not arrive for 6 month. After sending dozens of e-mails to the support - I never got any feedback. Then 7 month later I got sent a second waearable instead of the sleep pad. Again tried to reach costumer support. No response. Worst company ever - never experienced something unprofessional like this. This company for sure will fail!

I've been charged US$149/year for the last 4 years since purchasing a Hapbee on a crowd funding program with a 90 day free subscription... the device didn't work and as such I've not had any benefit, I do not have access to the account through their website and a password reset says the account doesn't exist. They haven't responded to any of the emails I've sent the last couple of years trying to cancel the subscription. Avoid this company, even if some of their products show promise, their service and subscriptions do not!

My order was not completely filled, yet I was charged for the entire order. I had technical questions, but nobody answered the phone except their robot. Eventually I was able to get a response via email about my short order (I figured out my technical issues on my own). Looked like I was making headway on getting my complete order filled, but then everything just turned to crickets. I sent what in my mind was my final quest for info about my order. About 1-1/2 weeks later, just as I was about to file a reverse charge claim with my bank credit card, the final piece of my order was delivered. 10/16/2023 to 1/23/2024 for completion. The communications and response time provided by this company are minus 10 stars.

I purchased a Hapbee after listening to Mark Young on the Blunt Force Truth podcast. After listening to him for an hour I was sold. When I received the product i could not pair the product. I left messages everyday for a week and even wrote to Mark Young and no one ever contacted me back. So after a week of futility I sent it back to Amazon to get a refund. I still would give it a chance but the customer service could not be worse.

Customer beware. Hapbee offers no ability to cancel your monthly subscription online. You have to email them, to which they send an automated reply (Note- your subscription is not yet cancelled)… you have to then reply to the automated reply and only then will a human respond and cancel your subscription. Shoddy business practices for sure and I would not recommend being a customer.
