I ordered the for $200 - it is a decent but certainly not a strong design. I enjoyed the unit for a few months and then sounds abd features started getting locked out. They claim that there are some basic free sounds, but NONE are available through the app; everything is locked out, gobs of nag-tags and investor ads. Tech support is automated AI and nobody EVER replies from the staff request

Best thing about Hapbee is that I drink way less energy drinks and coffee for energy. So I'm healthier, and it helps me sleep as well which is a double bonus

Hapbee helped me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. It’s made a big difference with my sleep apnea.

I ordered my device in May and was told june or july shipment. I reach out to the company with my order number and recieved an automated message that did not answer my questions. Additional emails were not answered at all. 08/09/26 update. The company did reach out and I received my device in a matter of days. I have had insomnia related to long COVID sense 2021. No medication or supplements can give me a good night sleep. I’ve been using the device for one week and my deep and rem sleep have remarkably improved as has my overnight recovery. I now have less brain fog related to bad sleep Very happy with the results

I ordered a Hapbee sleep pad over a month ago. They charged my credit card immediately. Their site says they would ship the product in about ten days. It’s been a solid month and there is no contact from Hapbee and no product. I tried calling their customer disappointment phone number but you cannot reach anyone. Emails to customer disappointment go unanswered. We cannot reach the company despite numerous attempts and just contacted our credit card company to reverse the charge.

A peer of mine introduced me to the Hapbee device. I got it based on recommendation. I have used a few other tools, however this device not only helped with sleep but focus as well. I am super happy not to be dependant on medication as the device allows me to turn on my focus on demand and consequently shut it off as well on demand.

Excellent product . App , newly updated is great ., Sleep modes are the best . Hapbee is heading in the direct direction . I look forward to use more applications in the area of focus , peace snd calm modes . Thanks . Dr. Mubarik
