London, KY...Nasty woman runs the office! I think they ordered a brace off Amazon and scammed the insurance! Two weeks and it is falling apart. Will not honor the warranty. This woman was horrid. Calling the corp and insurance on them. Save yourself...go somewhere else!

Absolutely horrible experience. I have been waiting 3 months to receive my splint and there has been nothing but delays and excuses. Staff is unprofessional and discourteous. I would advise those needing the services of a prosthetist/orthotist to take their business elsewhere.

i WENT TO HAVE THE STRAPS OF MY THREE Afo BRACES REPLACED AND i TRUSTED THE STAFF WHO DID THE WORK AND DIDN'T INSPECT THE WORK. WHEN i GOT HOME i TRIED THE THREE BRACES AND THE ANKLE STRAPS WERE RIDICULOUSLY SHORT. nOW, WHEN i TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE STRAPS FIXED, i AM TOLD THAT THE GUY IS ON VACATION AND ALL THE OTHER STAFF ARE BOOKED SOLID SO THE FASTEST APPOINTMENT I CAN GET IS ONE MONTH LATER.WHAT A RIP OFF.

Hanger Clinic could not provide a prosthetic that fit without experienceing serious pain. I believe the organization standard for care is "Just good enough".

I lost my leg due to diabetes in February. I have been on short term disability at my job for 6 months. Originally I was going to get my leg on June 19th. They measured it then on June 19th I would receive it. Well I don’t really remember why I didn’t receive it. I only know that they said they were very. I’m ok I understand. So they said July 24th. I would definitely take my leg home. I had an appointment that day at 11am. The day arrived I get a 7:17am from Kim saying we have to reschedule. I wasn’t happy about. At 7:35am I get an automated text saying my appointment was rescheduled to July 24th at 1pm. I was ok that is good. I have my wife drive me down there. Because I have no leg to drive. We get to the counter and lady Kim to me she is having a bad day and wants to leave. I didn’t think much of it. But I gave her my information and she said I don’t have you down for here today. I showed her the text. But she said those are autogenerated. She said my doctor dropped the ball and didn’t get the paperwork back to them. The next time I could get my leg was august 24th at 1pm. I wasn’t happy furious. I’m running out of time. I’m on short term disability. I’m only getting 60% of my paycheck as it is. I can’t wait another month. They made it seem like it was my fault for showing up. If my doctor dropped the ball. That’s not my problem. It’s there’s I shouldn’t have been notified the very day of the appointment.

The front desk lady is extremely rude individual She is very fake individual. But the women doctor the tall one she is the best person in the planet. I wish we had more people like her in this world 🌎

I was referred to Hanger St Peter's, MO for a knee brace, built up shoes and options on a KAFO. I told Kevin I wanted to walk on mymshoes for awhile and determine if they will resolve me mobility problem. If not I would order the KAFO. Kevin told the VA I didn't want the KAFO, according to the VA. Now the VA wants me to start all over again after 9 months work with them. If you familiar with the va you know working with them very difficult. That's the position Hanger has left for me. I will continue to struggle with my mobility at 77 years old. A onee that hyperextends, an unstable ankle a a foot that rolls to the outside. I do not recommend Hanger in St Peter's, MO. I am devastated and my leg continues to hurt. Jim
