I’m very pleased with the service. Although it’s a little expensive, it lets me do other things besides laundry. My only recommendation is that you allow lighter loads, maybe 15 pounds minimum, instead of the 20 you have now

First input asked for zip code. Prompts continued, assuming that meant they service my area. But NOPE took my email and phone number and I can’t use their service !!! Even had the audacity to then text me right off the bat because I didn’t continue trying to use their service! WTF. Scammed me into giving 1 more place my personal information. First time using the service. I was surprised I was charged the weight of my comforter on top of the separate comforter fee. I haven’t experienced this with the drop off laundry service I typically use. Apart from that I did appreciate convenience of pickup and delivery.
