First time using the service
First time using the service. I was surprised I was charged the weight of my comforter on top of the separate comforter fee. I haven’t experienced this with the drop off laundry service I typically use. Apart from that I did appreciate convenience of pickup and delivery.

Better turnaround
There was a lot of miscommunication, but the supervisor made it right by applying a discount for next use so I appreciate it

Great service
Great service! Very fast pick up and delivery. Reason for four stars versus five is I prefer if they would match the socks on Washington fault
