Great product, fast service

This was the second purchase in which the company was out of stock on an item I ordered. They let me know a day or two after my order was place, and asked if I would accept a different item than what was initially ordered. Initially I declined, and asked if they could expedite my order when the item was back in stock (overnight shipping), the girl I spoke to said she had to ask her manager and he replied that it couldn't be done. I ended up just ordering from another supplier online and asked Hamilton if they would refund me for the cartridges and just send me the battery regular shipping. I'm giving this a one star because I don't feel i was taken care of as a customer, they didn't even offer anything to justify their mistake. Poor customer service. I really like the quality of the products but I don't like being treated that way.
