Thank you for sharing this, and we’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying the look and noticing the energy-efficiency benefits. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must be to lose three center caps. Our team has been actively working on this issue, and the retention design used in our current production has now been improved to provide a more secure fit. We also recognize that this does not take away from the experience you have already had. Please contact our support team with your order number and installation details so we can review your specific case carefully and help determine the most appropriate solution. -Henry

Thank you for the detailed and honest feedback. We completely understand your concern about the additional cost of changing cap colors. Our replacement caps are produced to the same material, durability, fit, and safety standards as the original components rather than being simple cosmetic covers, which does make them more costly to produce. That said, we absolutely understand that $100 can still feel like a significant additional expense, and your feedback on making upgrades more accessible for existing customers is something we're taking seriously. We also appreciate your comments about installation. First-time installation can take longer while getting familiar with the rim tape and fitment process, so we'll continue working on making our instructions and installation expectations clearer. We're sorry as well that your FedEx delivery took longer than expected. Thank you for choosing HALOBLK and for giving us constructive feedback. We want customers to feel just as good about the experience after the purchase as they do about the product itself. —Henry

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the product overall! We’re very sorry for the confusion with the custom text. We carefully reviewed your order and confirmed that the text was made as requested: “T FLEX.” With this particular lettering style, the “X” can visually appear very similar to an “H,” which may have caused the misunderstanding. We completely understand how important the final appearance is for a personalized product, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback will help us improve how we present and verify custom lettering in the future. Thank you again for your support and understanding! —Henry

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad you’re happy with the design and packaging, but we’re sorry the delivery time and limited tracking updates fell short of expectations. International shipping can sometimes involve delays between carrier handoffs and customs, but we completely understand that you should have clearer visibility throughout the journey. We’re actively working to improve both delivery speed and tracking communication. Regarding range, results can vary depending on speed, temperature, tire pressure, driving conditions, and wheel configuration, so the difference may not always be noticeable in everyday driving. Please contact our support team through our website with your order number if you’d like us to review the shipment in detail. We truly appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve. — The HALOBLK Team
