That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must be to lose three center caps. We’re also concerned about the noise you described when reversing or turning the wheels sharply, especially since it only began after installation. Your suggestion regarding easier valve stem access is also very helpful. We’re glad the shipping and installation experience went smoothly, but we’re genuinely sorry that the Cyber Track design made your wheels appear smaller and, more importantly, that you did not see the efficiency improvement you expected. With a 102-mile commute each way, including extended highway driving, we completely understand why range performance was a major reason for your purchase. Real-world efficiency can be affected by speed, temperature, wind, tire pressure, road conditions, and driving patterns, but we do not want to dismiss the results you experienced. We also appreciate your feedback about the light-colored design ending before the outer edge of the wheel.
