Thank you for the detailed and honest feedback. We completely understand your concern about the additional cost of changing cap colors. Our replacement caps are produced to the same material, durability, fit, and safety standards as the original components rather than being simple cosmetic covers, which does make them more costly to produce. That said, we absolutely understand that $100 can still feel like a significant additional expense, and your feedback on making upgrades more accessible for existing customers is something we're taking seriously. We also appreciate your comments about installation. First-time installation can take longer while getting familiar with the rim tape and fitment process, so we'll continue working on making our instructions and installation expectations clearer. We carefully reviewed your order and confirmed that the text was made as requested: “T FLEX.” With this particular lettering style, the “X” can visually appear very similar to an “H,” which may have caused the misunderstanding.
