Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry to hear about the rattling issue on one wheel. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially after reinstalling it several times. Please reach out to our support team with your order details and, if possible, a short video of the rattling. We’ll be happy to take a closer look and help identify the cause so we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed real-world experience with HALODISC 2. A 280-mile round trip is exactly the kind of driving where even a few percentage points can make a meaningful difference, so it’s great to hear that you’ve seen around 6% to 11% improvement on your one-way commute and, most importantly, that it has helped you avoid an extra Supercharging stop and the added cost that comes with it. We also really appreciate your point about consistency. Real-world efficiency can vary with temperature, speed, traffic, wind, tire pressure, and other driving conditions, so the week-to-week difference you noticed is completely understandable. Thank you again for giving HALODISC 2 a try and for sharing such specific results. Feedback like this is incredibly valuable to us and to other Tesla owners considering the product. — HALOBLK Team

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry the HALODISC 2 did not deliver the improvement you were expecting. The range improvement we reference is based on our testing, but real-world results can vary depending on factors such as speed, temperature, tire pressure, driving conditions, and vehicle configuration. We completely understand that if you were expecting a noticeable 5–10% improvement, your own experience would be disappointing. We also understand your frustration with needing to remove the covers to adjust tire pressure, especially when all four tires needed attention unexpectedly. Convenience is an important part of the ownership experience, and feedback like this is valuable to our product team as we continue improving the design. Regarding your return and refund request, we’d be happy to review this with you. Please contact our support team with your order number so we can check the order and available return/refund options, including the shipping label. Thank you again for giving HALODISC 2 a try and for sharing your experience openly. — HALOBLK Team
