Came with all the required parts and fit like a glove!

This is the second pet door we've purchased from Hale. The first one was installed 7 years ago, and was ready to be replaced. We haven't had the new one installed yet, but I feel certain that it will be as quality as the first. Our dogs (and cat!) love it, and so do we.

The in wall pet door arrived in good condition and was installed without issue. The carpet that covers the tunnel was too short but one call to customer service and they sent me a new piece 2 day air. I would highly recommend the pet door.

Needed a custom size flap for an insert I had previously built. Once I explaned the problem, the customer service representative took the measurements, I paid for the door (which was only slightly more than a standard size) and I had it within a few days exactly to specification.

I purchased a Hale doggy door that I used in my last house for over a decade. I loved it so much that when I moved to my new house I ordered another one. I had a little problem with the magnets staying on the flaps on this particular doggy door, so I called in, they were able to locate my order (even though almost a year had passed) and I was sent replacement magnets at no charge... I call this an AMAZING customer experience. I have recommended HALE doggy doors to all my friends for the last decade and based on my most recent experience will most definitely continue to do so. We did lots of research on a good, weather-resistant dog door for our new house. Hale Pet Door was very helpful, even after the purchase when they already had our business. Their donations to help shelter pets are also a good indicator of their core values. We used one of their local installers, and he had everything installed and cleaned up in no time at all. Overall a great experience.

I purchased a replacement flap for my extra large Hale Pet door and it came with all the parts necessary to install it. The installation was relatively easy. I got instructions from the website and had it done in about an hour. The door has held up well considering my Newfounland charges through it at warp speed on his way outside. I have been more than happy with this door. Magnum also believes this was a good investment.

I bought the largest dog door Hale makes without being custom designed (which they will also do), for my rapidly growing Land Seer/Great Pyrenees cross puppy learning to be a Livestock Guardian Dog. It was shipped and arrived within a day (for less than $50 extra), and my local handyman installed it in my new metal exterior door quickly and easily. My puppy just a little over five months old, so it took her a few days to catch on, but now she runs through the double flaps (ensuring great weather insulation for our high elevation Rocky Mountain location) with great joy and abandon. The door is beautiful and super high quality. Worth every penny I paid - I wouldn't even consider a cheaper, lower quality version.
