Excellent customer service. The people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful. I needed quick delivery and they made it happen. Love that they donate a portion of the price to the rescue foundation where I found my dog. Overall great experience.

This order was for replacement flaps for a door we have had nearly 20 years with no problems except to replace the flaps a couple of times. The door gets direct western Arizona sun a few hours a day which causes the outer flap to discolor, shrink, and shrivel. Not a problem - I don't expect any clear plastic to stand up to the sun. Very satisfied with the product. I think this is the second replacement in 20 years. This shipment came quickly. Unfortunately the collection of brushes was incorrect for the size door. I did not bother to contact Hale because I had extras on hand from previous orders that I had not replaced.

The young lady that took my order was very helpful. But, when I received my doggie door, it not only was the wrong color, the screw package & instruction booklet were not included! When I called to complain, I was offered the opportunity to return the unit & they would send the correct one. But, as I had already waited a week, I opted to keep the unit. The screw kit & booklet were mailed and received in 2 days. I had the door installed by a professional and was told it was the best unit he had ever installed. I did receive an e-mail that addressed the mistake and was credited a % off my bill and credited the shipping and handling fee. I am VERY happy with the end result and so are my babies! Woof-Woof!!!

The installer told us what size door would need to be installed since our pup could grow to be 90 lbs. The size door that was installed is Enormous. Complete overkill but the hole was already cut when I walked In The room. Since installed the door has continuously lost the magnets that hold the flaps down. They did send us new magnets and told us how to repair the door but it is new and shouldn't it have been installed so the magnets didn't fall off? Not very happy with customer service.

Great door, sturdy construction. Liked the fact that I could order door with security panel customized to fit my needs, had low overhead and limited right side clearance, needed panel to insert from left side and this was the only door that offered that option. Dogs took to it right away, one small Corgi and two Golden Retrievers, all go through with ease.

I have the two-flap Hale doggie door. When I went to order new flaps I was given the one-time 50% off, so that was great. I will say if you have very aggressive dogs that come flying through your doggie door or if your doggie door is exposed to the sun beating down on it all day the outside flap does not last very long. After one summer my outside flap was ruined from the sun, did not lay flat anymore. So after just one year I have to replace the flaps; other than that they are great!

I called Hale Pet door only to find out the Denver office is temporarly closed. They shipped the door flap the same day. Thank you Hale Pet Door.

We ordered the x-large plus pet door, and were very pleased that It arrived 3 days later. The packaging was easy to open and the instructions to install were so simple to understand.
