What a terrible company and app to work with. I should be able to use multiple gift cards. Returning an item is cumbersome and impossible. App and website slow and often unresponsive

I have recently started purchasing from this website and I am in love so far. Quality material, excellent designs, great pricing, user friendly website, shipping is pretty quick. I mean I can't really complain, I have had no issues!

Spun the wheel for $100 coupon, coupon code didn't work. Then signed up for texts for 25% off, used the link but my cart items didn't transfer. So I reloaded the entire cart in the new window, but didn't get any discounts applied. Said screw it. Guess that's how you trap people huh? These clothes better be amazing.

Customer service sucks!! I had to wait for over an hour to actually chat with someone and they still haven't resolved the issue!!

Okay Ill admit that I do love the comfort of their clothing, and my return experience (only once) was extremely easy. HOWEVER, my issue is their misleading and dishonest pricing, specifically on clearance/sales. Items clearly marked "Clearance Sale: Marked down to $4.95", BUT when these $4.95 clearance items are added to the bag they reflect original prices or very slightly discounted "sale" prices. When I queried customer service about this, their explanation was 'clearance items COULD be $4.95.' Nowhere on those items' pages does it state item "could be $4.95" - clearly bait and switch. Very disappointing

Once I got right gift card number in it went fine. My mistake on number. Thanks

The shopping went well but I was disappointed to find out that my gift card had expired.

i had a code for 25% off all items if i signed up for texts and it only gave me 5% off won't buy again
