The pants I ordered were very comfortable and exactly what I wanted in fit, but the smell is HORRENDOUS. I have washed them 7 times, soaked them in vinegar for two straight days then washed them again and they are still unwearable. It's ridiculous. Will not buy again.

Returned items received, but still no refund I first tried to arrange a return on 6 September, but Halara’s returns portal was not working. I contacted customer service, but the process kept being delayed. My returned parcel was finally delivered to them on 24 September. By 5 October, I had received no update, so I contacted them again. At their request, I provided the tracking number and proof of postage, and they confirmed that they had received the items. They then claimed that my refund had been processed. However, after seven working days, I still had not received the money. When I asked for a refund transaction reference or proof that the payment had actually been sent, they said they could not provide any evidence and could only see that it was marked as refunded in their system. As of 19 October, I still have neither my money nor any proof of the refund. I have repeatedly had to chase this myself, and the responses have not resolved anything. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. In my opinion, the delays and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Halara.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered both the Low-Rise Denim and the Office Black Pants, and I was honestly surprised by the quality. The fabric feels very synthetic and almost plasticky. It is not breathable at all, and the material used inside the denim pockets feels particularly cheap and strange. The pants also do not feel like actual structured pants, they feel more like stretchy yoga pants. The stitching and overall construction are very mediocre, and there is nothing particularly special about the quality to justify the price. For what I paid, I could have bought several pairs of better-quality pants from Winners. I expected much better based on the price and the way these pants are marketed. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this purchase. **Please be aware of the quality before spending your money. I would not recommend these pants.**

Had heard positive things about these products from a friend so I decided to try their one-piece casual jumpsuit. The fit was ok, but not what I needed. However, their policies are terrible and there are hidden fees for certain items. Do not get pulled in by their “buy 2 for 39$ each”. They will charge you at least $10 to ship your “sale” items, then if you wish to return you will be charged another 8-10$ to send it back at your INCONVENIENCE. Additionally, you cannot post a negative review about their prodict on their website so you cannot trust that info either. Bottom line - DO NOT order anything from this company.

My second package has had no meaningful tracking update since August 1. SpeedX confirmed that they have not received the package for final delivery, yet Halara continues to say that the package is "in transit" and wants me to wait until August 24. At this point, I believe the package is lost. I asked Halara to provide proof from the first carrier showing the package's current location or most recent physical scan, but I still have no clear evidence of where my package actually Is. I should not have to keep waiting weeks for a package that neither Halara nor SpeedX can locate. If Halara cannot provide proof that the package is still moving, I expect them to treat it as lost and issue a full refund to my original payment method. Very disappointing experience so far.

Here is what is said about the company: Halara is a Chinese-founded e-commerce women's athleisure brand based in Hong Kong and founded by CEO Joyce Zhang alongside venture capital firms. While it targets women and was founded by a woman, it is backed by major male-led and general venture capital funds (like Sequoia Capital China and IDG Capital) and employs a mixed workforce, meaning it is not strictly an "all-women" company. The reason why returning anything to the company is so difficult and so costly is because the company is in China. So you'll pay for shipping upon purchase and they deduct shipping costs from your refund for the label they provide to you. I WILL NEVER ORDER A THING AGAIN FROM HALARA. There are too many great, honest companies here in the US to order from and the US companies pay for your shipping (fpr purchases over $35 & some over $100) and for your returns.

It was supposed to be a buy 2 get one free deal but when you click to purchase that is not the deal I was given. Kind of feels like bait and switch.
