Best jeans i ever bought...I get compliments all the time...fabric is so comfy...EVERYTHING i EVER wanted in a pair of jeans....really really awesome product...I highly recommend ❤️❤️

The pants I ordered were very comfortable and exactly what I wanted in fit, but the smell is HORRENDOUS. I have washed them 7 times, soaked them in vinegar for two straight days then washed them again and they are still unwearable. It's ridiculous. Will not buy again.

Returned items received, but still no refund I first tried to arrange a return on 6 September, but Halara’s returns portal was not working. I contacted customer service, but the process kept being delayed. My returned parcel was finally delivered to them on 24 September. By 5 October, I had received no update, so I contacted them again. At their request, I provided the tracking number and proof of postage, and they confirmed that they had received the items. They then claimed that my refund had been processed. However, after seven working days, I still had not received the money. When I asked for a refund transaction reference or proof that the payment had actually been sent, they said they could not provide any evidence and could only see that it was marked as refunded in their system. As of 19 October, I still have neither my money nor any proof of the refund. I have repeatedly had to chase this myself, and the responses have not resolved anything. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. In my opinion, the delays and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Halara.

First time order, enter FRE 100, as a coupon, but "it did not work - system issue". Not good.

My jeans were too small and I had to return - I was given a gift card AND told to keep the ones that were too small - I will gift them and reorder!

Halara has such a HUGE selection of clothing and everything I have ordered it SO well-made and delivery is super fast! I couldn't be happier with my orders from Halara!!

The clothes that fit well I absolutely LOVE! The ones that didn't fit quite right, well, they make the return/exchange policy super easy!
