Fredricka, I apologize for the problems you are having and resolve to get your issue solved to your benefit immediately. There is much confusion on our side because we can see your orders received and shipped, but we don't have any calls on our 800# or emails from you in our system. We believe you have tried to reach us, but we are simply not getting the messages you are leaving, and we do not know why.
