I ordered one of the wide tooth stretch comb. Good quality, nice design but I needed to return it. I emailed and called customer service (left a message) and no one responded back.

I think they are cheaply made. I was looking for longer, heavy duty metal prongs to hold my hair. Not impressed with these for the expensive price.

Main complaint is that I had to pay extra shipping to the post office in order to receive the shipment. Hairzing didn’t pay the correct amount to ship it. Besides that I like the product, I ordered the large one and it’s too big so I might order the smaller size but worried about the shipping mishap again

The product seems okay, although the tines bend in unintended ways a little too easily. However, the package came postage due; and I had to drive to the post office to get it. Not a good!

The HairZing double comb holders are very pretty. Unfortunately for me, they do not hold up my hair which is long and worn in an up-twist.

The large double comb is really pretty (tortoise variety), but unfortunately, if you have thick or layered hair, it doesn't really hold tightly. And, once you slide the first comb in, the comb twists when you try to grab the second comb. Overall, it was pretty but not really effective.

I have curly hair so it is a challenge to keep under control...lol Love the concept....love how it will sit flat....once I get the hang of it. One was for my boss who has a larger version she bought ,years ago. So I was hoping we both would enjoy these. Just need the Comb...larger.... All in all I will learn to love it,it would be Perfect if the comb was larger Keep up the good work! Pat...from Canada
