Fast service, Great product! Even for my very fine hair!
Response from HairZingOct 23, 2023
Debbie - you and I share the same hair type. I am always delighted when I know another woman with thin fine hair is in our Tribe. I know you look fabulous with your hair up and we are sending love your way. Thanks for supporting our small business--it means the world to everyone who works here. Francesca on Team Zing

Easy to navigate website, easy ordering.

Lisa - thanks for the vote of confidence and letting us know the ordering process was easy. We are unveiling our NEW (totally fricking awesome) website in Nov 2023. Would love to hear your opinion of that new version... Your friends at HairZing.

I liked the fast delivery. Irritated by this demanding review.
Response from HairZingOct 23, 2023
C Chandler- I laughed seeing your review because I AGREE!!! We are launching a new website in Nov 2023 and I have begged our tech guys to stop sending a review request out until women have a chance to actually WEAR their HairZing. I apologize and wanted you to know we are aware of that problem and about to fix it. :) Best- Francesca at Team Zing

I placed an order for 2 of the clips. But one was big bc they didn't have the small in stock. But, they did send me the same one in a different color plus the larger size. I actually got 3. I was really happy with my purchase and made sure I got what I wanted!!! Thank you so much!!! Love them!!!
Response from HairZingOct 23, 2023
Vanessa - We love you too. Hope you were able to gift the size that did not work for you to someone with hair that could wear it. That is how you win brownie points and karma all around. :) Thanks for the compliments. Your friends at HairZing

This is the real deal!! All other hair combs from other companies/chain stores fall apart or are plastic! Stick with Hairzing and you won’t be disappointed (and no, I’m not a bot I am a consumer who bought cheaper knock offs only to realize you get what you pay for!!!). Thank you for this great, Long Lasting hair comb ♥️

Barbara- OK. We r-e-a-l-l-y love you and your awesome review. Every single HairZing is made 100% by hand (YES--even our metal combs are handwoven) and we truly appreciate your noticing the difference. Thanks for sharing the love! Francesca at TeamZing

The service was excellent, fast delivery and great communication. But the website is very confusing for selecting the “stretch banana clip” colors. I ordered the “copper cord and bead” thinking the cord wrap would be copper colored and the cord wrap was black. The beads were copper but I thought the whole appearance would be copper and brighter. I was disappointed with this but the combs are well made and beautiful. Better pictures of all the combs in the single purchase link would be much more helpful as I would have ordered more. Now I am hesitant because I’m not sure of the colors. Overall I am happy with my experience!
